What nearshore means in practice

Nearshore means working with a team in a nearby country instead of one twelve hours away. Guadalajara is on Central Standard Time all year, so our working day overlaps with every US time zone. A question you send at 10 a.m. gets answered the same morning, not overnight.

It also means fewer things lost in translation. Our team is bilingual, we work with US clients already, and calls, documentation and code reviews happen in English.
