These terms govern your use of sytheralabs.com. By browsing the site or contacting us through it, you agree to them. They cover the website itself. Use of our products, such as Suitera, is governed by each product's own terms, and work we carry out for clients, including builds, care plans, and retainers, is governed by a separate signed agreement.

1. About this site

sytheralabs.com is an informational website operated by Sythera Labs, a software product studio operating in México. It describes our products, our services, and our past work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your particular situation. Plans, prices, and features shown on the site may change, and features described as coming soon are not yet available.

2. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse substantial parts of the site for a competing service.
  • Submit false information, malicious code, or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.

3. Our intellectual property

The site's design, text, graphics, logos, and source code belong to Sythera Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute them commercially without our written permission.

4. Client work and third-party marks

Screenshots, company names, and logos shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear to identify work we carried out. Their presence does not imply that those owners endorse Sythera Labs. If you own one of these marks and would like it removed, write to info@sytheralabs.com and we will act promptly.

5. Links to other sites

Our portfolio links to websites we built and to third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

6. Messages you send us

Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the contact form. A message does not create a client relationship, and no obligation arises on either side until we sign a written agreement. We handle the personal data in your message as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

8. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the information shown. Descriptions of past results are specific to those projects and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sythera Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under Mexican law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute relating to this site will be submitted to the competent courts of México, and you and Sythera Labs waive any other jurisdiction that might apply.
